A Double Dip Of Limited Releases From Sprig + Fern

Sprig + Fern Brewing Co. has released two new limited release beers this week, Summertime Somewhere Hazy and Wintertime Elsewhere Cold IPA.
The limited release hazy IPA is said to bring tropical, floral, citrus and stone fruit flavours, owing to a mix of Riwaka™, and a Pink Boots blend of Loral®, HBC 586 & Ekuanot® hops.
The Cold IPA – a first for Sprig + Fern – is an all-American mix of Yakima Chief Citra® and Sabro®, offering stone fruit flavours, a hint of herbs and crispy citrus.
The two beers, both released on Wednesday, feature similarly-styled artwork that imply being transported to a new season.
Daniel Tipping, Marketing + Communications Executive at Sprig + Fern Brewing Co., says:
“The thought process behind the design of these beers started with Summertime Somewhere – being right in the middle of winter, I thought it’d be ironic to release something summer-themed. Tracy and the brewing team then knocked it out of the park and delivered a beer that’s juicy, fruity, delicious and definitely tastes like I want to be laying in a hammock at the beach.
“When we realised the other – a Cold IPA – would be released around the same time, we decided to make it a kind of mirror image, playing up the ‘cold’ part and giving it an opposite, winter theme”.
Summertime Somewhere Hazy and Wintertime Elsewhere Cold IPA are available now, online and in select stores as 440ml cans and 888ml bottles, or on tap at all Sprig + Fern and Little Sprig Taverns, for a limited time.
