The thirteen Sprig + Fern Taverns and two Little Sprigs are similar only in their uniqueness – each a relaxed, family-friendly and community-focused hub where conversation and human connection comes first. All are proudly owned-and-operated by friendly, welcoming individuals familiar to the area they serve.

We are currently seeking applications from interested parties to open a Sprig + Fern or Little Sprig Tavern anywhere in NZ.

We’re also keen to hear from those with a development underway, or know of an existing location in a community that could be the perfect location for the next Sprig + Fern Tavern.
