Oud G.O.A.T Barrel-Aged Doppelbock

We’re celebrating fifteen years of Sprig + Fern Brewing Co this September, and what better beer to mark the occasion than a special, one-off, barrel-aged edition of our multi-award-winning The G.O.A.T Doppelbock.

Matured in an oak barrel for twelve months, it serves a smorgasbord of enhanced aromatic and flavour notes – think a rich and buttery fruitcake, berries and raisins, oak and spice, all delivered over a sip that’s velvety, warming and contemplative. This is a beer to sit down with and savour, letting it warm to between 8-10°C for the full array of flavour. Happy birthday indeed.
