Sprig Go Back to the Ballot for Haze of the People #3

For the third release in the popular Haze of the People series, Sprig + Fern has changed strategy and handed the selection of hops directly to those selling the beer.

Through a popular vote, Sprig + Fern Tavern owners and a selection of on- and off-premise customers of the brewery, chose Nelson Sauvin and Mosaic hops for the newest limited release hazy pale ale.

The 5.1% brew – owing to the two hop varieties – promises an aroma of pear, plump grapes, tangerine and lemon sherbet, with flavour notes of white grape, melon, a slight herbaceousness and white jet planes.

Haze of the People #3 is available from today in all Sprig + Fern and Little Sprig Taverns, as well as in stores nationwide.
