The shop on this website is operated by Sprig & Fern Limited, trading as Sprig & Fern Brewery. This is a New Zealand business, and all transactions will be billed in New Zealand dollars. Orders are accepted for New Zealand only, no overseas deliveries are possible. If you purchase from this shop, the name that will appear on your bank statement is Sprig and Fern Limited.
Legal requirement to buy alcohol
The purchaser must be 18 years of age or over and will ensure that any person receiving a mail order containing alcohol is also 18 years of age or over.
Delivery times and details
Merchandise only orders will be dispatched daily.
For chilled products, delivery to the North Island takes 2 working days. Orders received before 1pm Mon – Wed will be dispatched the same day. Orders received after 1pm on Wednesday will be dispatched on the following Monday.
Courier delivery within the South Island is overnight for orders received before 1pm. Any South Island orders received after 1pm on Thursday will be dispatched the following Monday. This is to prevent your beer sitting in the courier depot over the weekend, un-refrigerated.
Please add one day for rural delivery in both islands. Please refrigerate your order as soon as you receive it to ensure freshness and flavour is retained.
Freight charges
Free for orders totalling over $80.
$10 flat rate for orders less than $80.
Rural delivery incurs an additional $5 charge.
There is no minimum order.
Refunds and Returns Policy
We are unable to exchange any beer, cider or non-alcoholic drink products due to Food Safety regulations. We are happy to exchange merchandise if you need to changes sizes, or are not happy with your purchase. Please contact us within 28 days of receiving your order if you want to return or swap it. Additional postage charges may apply. This policy does not affect your statutory rights. There is no allowance for insurance, and all goods are despatched at your own risk.
