Our multi-award-winning, German-style Doppelbock has claimed a massive 26 major national and international beer awards since it was first brewed fifteen years ago. And it's only improved over time - six of those awards were in 2024 alone, including a Best in Class trophy.
The secret is in the six, specially selected malts. They lend a dark, almost black colour and a rich and toasty aroma, with a dominant and sweet malt note. The palate is soft, smooth and full-bodied, sweet and biscuity, with hints of caramel.
The G.O.A.T Doppelbock is best enjoyed at warmer than fridge temperature (6-8°C), to truly bring out the array of malt flavours and aromas the style is known for.
