Sprig + Fern Brightwater is a special place, with a speakeasy, cozy, snug vibe. It’s a community pub and community hub that feels like an extension of your living room.

The Tavern has quickly become a key part of the Brightwater community, hosting a weekly quiz night to fundraise for sports clubs, local initiatives and charities – and have raised over $170K for the community!

We offer a unique dining experience with our menu, which now includes stonegrill as well as a handful of customer favourites (ask us about our famous chicken and sour cream pizza!), or you’re welcome to order fish and chips from next door, and dine in whilst enjoying one of the 18 beers and ciders on tap.

From the living room-like entrance with a wood fire and armchairs, the lively space down the back with a dart board, or the covered outdoor area that’s perfect for a beer in the afternoon sun, there’s a space to make your own at Sprig + Fern Brightwater!
