Our first for the cooler months is Neon Noir, brewed in the style of a Japanese Black Lager. But don’t let the dark hue intimidate – this is a light and refreshing drop, marrying delicate fruit and spice notes, with caramel malt sweetness and hints of chocolate. This is a truly versatile beer – equally at home in a sun-soaked beer garden or in front of the fireplace.

Alternatively, our brewers have carefully blended the two varieties, which is available on tap at Sprig + Fern Taverns for a limited time.
