Three Sprig Beers Secure Spaces in GABS Hottest 100

Three Sprig + Fern Brewing Co. beers have claimed a space in the 2024 GABS Hottest 100 competition.

Oud G.O.A.T Barrel-Aged Doppelbock, The G.O.A.T Doppelbock and Harvest Pilsner finished in places #91, #77 and #73, respectively. Harvest Pilsner gained 13 places on its 2023 finish, with the two Doppelbock enjoying their debut.

The GABS Hottest 100 is run annually, with a popular vote held over a period of weeks to determine the outcome. Breweries are invited to nominate their most popular beers in advance, with the public able to suggest additional brews during the voting phase. The competition has both an Australian and New Zealand arm, with the results of the Aussie Hottest 100 announced two weeks earlier than the Kiwi counterpart.

Sprig + Fern Brewing Co. has found reasonable success in the various GABS competitions, last year claiming sixth place in their Craft Beer Label Design Awards – also for The G.O.A.T Doppelbock.
