3rd December 2019 – Sprig & Fern Brewery, in Richmond Nelson today announced the location and branding for the next Sprig & Fern Tavern, Tawa Wellington.
Sprig & Fern Tavern Tawa will have nineteen (19) taps of Sprig & Fern award-winning craft beer & cider, including multiple limited releases and the Sprig & Fern nitro offering. Tawa will also offer Sprig & Fern ginger beer in bottle, for those looking for a non-alcoholic option.
“Wellington is synonymous with discerning consumer craft beer palates and a nose for quality and we know Sprig & Fern fits perfectly” said Sprig & Fern Brewery Owner and Master Brewer, Tracy Banner. “With all the community, family friendly elements and great conversation that you continue to expect from Sprig & Fern, we are excited to be extending our bars further north.”
Sprig & Fern Tawa owner operator Colin Mallon has joined the Sprig & Fern family after an illustrious career on the Wellington and national craft beer scene. “As an international beer judge, I know full well the quality and consistency of the product that Sprig & Fern produce and am excited at the opportunity to be part of the brand on a daily basis” said Colin.
Like all Sprig & Fern bars, Sprig & Fern Tavern Tawa, will focus on community and conversation without the inclusion of televisions, pool tables or pokies.
Situated in the northern most suburb in the Wellington city, the renowned Sprig & Fern experience will now extend to more Wellingtonians. Located at 99 Main Rd Tawa, will become the twelfth tavern under the Sprig & Fern brand umbrella.
